Michael Jackson,Chief Executive Officer
Michael was appointed as Syntec's Chief Executive Officer in October, 2008, after having worked with Syntec since 2005 and acting as Chairman and President since January 2006. Bringing over 35 years of legal, investment and business development experience to the company, Michael is responsible for all strategic business decisions and legal matters for Syntec. Prior to joining Syntec, Michael was the Founder, CEO of Polgosis Software, a software development company. Michael is also the Founder and President of Hillcon Developments Ltd. - a real estate development company with completed syndicated projects in excess of $300 million. Over the years Michael has successfully taken a number of companies' public.

Michael graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa with a law degree.

Janet Cheng, Chief Financial Officer
Janet was appointed to Syntec's Chief Financial Officer in September 2007, and joined the company's Board of Directors in November 2007. A Certified General Accountant, she has significant experience working with early stage technology companies in the areas of project planning, management and control. Prior to Syntec, Janet was an auditor with KMPG, with clients ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 500 corporations. Since 2003, Janet has held various senior positions and consulting roles with companies in both private and public sectors, gaining significant experience in financial risk assessment and publicly traded entities.

Janet received her B.A. in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Nancy Ross, Vice President of Operations
Nancy was appointed as Syntec's Vice President of Operations in January 2008, and has been involved with the company and its various operational departments since February 2007. Nancy has held significant roles with a number of successful start-up companies, and brings to Syntec extensive experience in business development, product management, cost administration, and new markets penetration. Prior to joining Syntec, Nancy was Director of Client Relations and Product Development for GDI software, an online gaming software development company. Before GDI, Nancy served as President and operator of New Wave Marketing, a company providing third-party support for online gaming sites, with major clients that included ESPN and Betzip.

Nancy received her BSc in Biology from Simon Fraser University
