Real. Simple. Thermo-chemical.
There are 3 basic steps to Syntec's B2A Process:
Step One: Gasification
Biomass (waste organic matter) is fed into a gasifier, which breaks the chemical bonds in the feedstock to produce 'syngas.' This 'syngas'- comprised of mostly CO and H2 - once scrubbed clean, is ready for step two.
Step Two: Conversion
The purified 'syngas' is passed over Syntec's proprietary catalysts in a fixed bed reactor -producing a liquid mixture of bio-alcohols.
Step Three: Purification
These high-purity bio-alcohols are then distilled and separated to ethanol, methanol, n-propanol and n-butanol.
